This evening we have the honor of catering for outstanding jazz muscician, Wynton Marsalis and his crew before his performance at the Lied Center.  The kitchen has prepared coconut marinated sea bass with an Indian dry rub served on polenta squares with mint chutney, pan-seared beef tenderloin with a pinot noir reduction, roasted garlic gouda smashed potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and a choice of flourless chocolate torte with a chocolate dipped strawberry or cheesecake with fresh berries for dessert.

10.02.09  Corey Rourke of Corey Rourke Photography held a solo art exhibition at our space.  Guests enjoyed wine and light appetizers as they experienced his highly anticipated images from Western Europe.

Next month Chez Hay will be hosting African Woodsmoke on First Friday (November 6).  Enjoy South African Boutique wines while savoring East African appetizers.  Woodsmoke will be showcasing unique and rare pieces of African art that will be for sale.  Please call us at 402.489.7445 for more information.
