Tomorrow evening Chez Hay will be catering pasta to nearly 4000 marathon participants to prepare them for the big race on Sunday, May 1.  We filled one of our vehicles with 70 cases of pasta to get us started and there is still more to load up (see photo left).  We are looking forward to the challenge of preparing dinner for this large, hungry crowd.
