During the holiday parties at Chez Hay this season, we offered a different signature cocktail for each event. One of the more popular was the Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake Martini.  To make this drink take 2 parts Raspberry Vodka, ½ part chocolate liqueur, ½ part Irish Cream and serve in cocoa-rimmed martini glass.
