Did you know that Chez Hay offers full bar service both on- and off-site? Both can be set up to your preference – fully cash, fully hosted, or a combination of both! If you have a favorite drink, we can try our best to get it for you for your event. Go even one step further and offer a signature drink for your event!

Need a bartender for an event at your home? We do that as well! Whether serving our alcohol or yours, our bartenders are excellently trained and will make the most of any event you have! When serving our alcohol, we bring the mixers, ice, and garnishes, too! Call us today to reserve our services for your next event!

During the holiday parties at Chez Hay this season, we offered a different signature cocktail for each event. One of the more popular was the Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake Martini. To make this drink take 2 parts Raspberry Vodka, ½ part chocolate liqueur, ½ part Irish Cream and serve in cocoa-rimmed martini glass. Enjoy!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth at the Wedding Fair this past Sunday at the Cornhusker Hotel! It was fun getting to meet all the new brides and their families.

The Wedding Fair this past weekend is one of the many signs that the wedding season this year is approaching fast. It’s sometimes easy for the stress of planning a wedding to be overwhelming to couples and their loved ones. To help reduce this amount of stress, we work together with our couples to create custom menus that are unique not only to their wedding, but also to their personalities. By having an open approach, we are able to walk people through our menu items and help them create what works best for them so they don’t have the stress of trying to figure it out on their own.

We are excited to be working with all of our new couples and their families this wedding season and we look forward to meeting more new couples throughout the year.
